Order Acceptance Policy
AIRXHEAT reserves the right to cancel any order regardless of order confirmation and /or to decline your order for any reason.

 

Return Policy
If you, for any reason are not 100% satisfied with products received from AIRXHEAT, you may return the product except gas products, electrical products or special orders within 30 days from time of receipt for an exchange or refund (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded). All returned products must be in new condition, suitable for resale in its undamaged original packaging and with all original parts; and shall not have been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered or damaged in any way. Some returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, unless otherwise agreed to by AIRXHEAT. Should any product need to be returned due to a shipping error, AIRXHEAT will cover the return shipping costs. All other returns are at customer's expense and choice of carrier. A return authorization form will be supplied by AIRXHEAT. AIRXHEAT reserves the right to refuse any shipments not having this authorization.

 

Warranty Policy
Products are warranted for 90 days if AIRXHEAT determines the product to be defective in workmanship or material, it will be replaced at AIRXHEAT’s expense.  A return authorization form will be supplied by AIRXHEAT and required for exchanges.
